Debit Card Reminder

In order to keep this service free for our members, always sign for your purchases instead of using your Personal Identification Number (PIN.) 

PIN transactions cause high fees to your Credit Union which result in lower dividends, higher loan rates and possible future member fees for debit card usage.  

**For Fraud  – Cardholders may contact the Resolve Ultra support line directly to dispute signature transactions by calling the Issuer Inbound Support Team at 1-800-808-6402.

The hours of this support line are Mon-Fri; 8:00 am – 11:00 pm et, and Sat-Sun; 9:00 am – 3:00 pm et.
